The Business Systems Analyst oversees the implementation, deployment, and utilization of key marketing technology platforms, including of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Email Service Providers (ESPs). Working with a cross-functional team of technical stakeholders, project management and solutions architects, the Business Systems Analyst supports in translating customer needs and business goals into software requirements and serves as a liaison between key business stakeholders and product and technology teams. Additionally, the Business Systems Analyst is the lead on documenting business requirements for ESP and CDP deployments and leads systems design and recommendations for platform deployment.
Our ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience in marketing technology implementation, utilization and deployment, with recent work in either ESP or CDP implementations. This person should be highly competent technically, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working in a collaborative team environment, and confident in deadline-driven project delivery. A background in consulting or consultative software implementation is highly desired. Specific work experiences that are aligned with this role include:

Actable has clear guidelines for our expectations in this area. Note, this position is located in New York but another Eastern Time Zone city may be suitable alternatives for the right candidate.
