What do I need to do to be ready for my first day?
Actable has an Employee Experience Manager who will coordinate your new hire and onboarding process. Until your first day though, please take a minute to rest and recharge.
Ok, but I really do want to start mentally preparing myself. Is there any thing I can do?
We love a go-getter and are a team of collaborative self-starters (oxymoron? not at Actable). Familiarize yourself with all things Martech, CDP and ESP. Reach out to your manager directly for links to the most relevant articles and literature for your position.
Why is this role open?
This is likely a brand new position. We are small and mighty and we continue to add to our already stellar team.
