Role Overview
The Director of Client Results is responsible for the success of Actable’s client portfolio. This role owns the full spectrum of client engagement—driving high-quality delivery, customer value realization, and account expansion—while also ensuring internal coordination across Actable’s internal teams – martech platforms, data science, data engineering, and analytics teams.
Ideal candidates bring deep experience in customer analytics, with a fluency in foundational and advanced use cases such as identity resolution, audience segmentation, experience orchestration, measurement frameworks, predictive analytics, and next-best action (NBA) design. This is not a passive stewardship role—it’s a leadership position for someone who can actively build and advance a hybrid services + technology model in a growth-stage environment.

What do I need to do to be ready for my first day?
Actable has an Employee Experience Manager who will coordinate your new hire and onboarding process. Until your first day though, please take a minute to rest and recharge.
