Michael leads client operations including account development & delivery. Michael built his career working on data enablement for marketers in the advertising technology space, and most recently ran Strategy and Operations at Accordant Media, which was acquired by Dentsu Aegis Network in 2016. Having run cross-functional teams in both the US and UK, Michael’s leadership roles have focused on delivering outcomes against complex problems, and stewarding clients along sustainable growth paths. Michael is a graduate of Stanford University.
Solutions Architect. With 14+ years of digital marketing, analytics, marketing technology and insights experience on both agency and client side, his focus is accelerating customer data initiatives, influencing marketing technology architecture, and designing metrics frameworks to drive digital transformation at major enterprises, including Clorox, Nestlé Purina, Enterprise Holdings and Kellogg’s.
Bess joins Actable as a Solutions Engineer, helping implement and integrate technical solutions on behalf of customers. They join Actable with a seasoned background in the service industry and as a graduate of Epicodus, where they completed a certificate in Web and Mobile development. They are excited to build relationships with clients and team members as they continue to develop their programming knowledge.
Based in Sydney, Australia, Jen joins Actable as an Account Director, overseeing our growing business in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to Actable, Jen’s career traversed the client, technology, and agency services landscape as a client partner, a technical engagement leader, and a hands-on marketer.
Joe leads the Delivery Team ensuring successful project management. He spearheads and oversees the service and delivery operations of Actable, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. His role includes streamlining service roadmaps, setting goals and guidelines, managing budget and schedules, coordinating the team and developing strategies to optimize operations.
He brings 13yrs experience managing implementations of technology solutions in the Information Technology and Healthcare sectors. In the past he’s run Project/Program Management & Consultant. Led transformation changes in software delivery for B2B, B2C and D2C companies.
Previously a Sr Technical Program Manager at Lucid. Managed the Marketplace for the leading “Res-Tech” company globally. He has extensive experience managing and growing cross functional teams. 4 years managing the Amex Travel US Domestic website. 10yrs experience working with Executive Leadership on relationship management and growth strategy. Designed and Implemented company wide business analytics databases . Managed and created performance metrics/dashboards for partnership programs.
Matt is the CEO of Actable – responsible for all business functions. Prior to Actable, Matt was Co-CEO of Amnet, the $400MM programmatic arm of DentsuAegis Network. Matt joined Amnet via the acquisition of his company, Accordant Media, a tech-enabled service which he co-founded in 2010 and grew to nearly $20MM in annual revenues. Prior to Accordant Matt held leadership positions at Razorfish and its predecessor, Avenue A. Matt is a graduate of Bowdoin College.
Shreya helps recommend 1st party data-driven marketing strategies to client stakeholders and drive ROI on our clients’ investments in marketing technologies.
She helps clients collect, organize, activate, enrich, and optimize their customer data to drive business results.
She brings a MSc in Marketing Science from Columbia Business School with her along with 2 years of business consulting experience at EY focused on leveraging data analytics to optimize business processes and drive efficiency.
Data Analyst, working alongside her colleagues in our Data Sciences & Analytics team to fulfill insights and reporting components of our clients’ broader customer customer data strategies.
Bijal collaborates closely with the stakeholders to gather business and functional requirements to drive strategy to implement the ESP & CDP platforms for the client.
She works with the Client Services and Solutions Delivery teams to design Solution for end to end implementation.
She brings 2.5+ years of experience with Cigna(Contract – TCS) as a System Analyst, Quality Analyst and Data Engineer, where she gained a lot of experience in the Healthcare data and domain with various technologies eg: Oracle, AWS, DB2, Informatica etc.
Her major expertise was on gathering data requirements, perform data analysis and provide data mapping for the migration of data from one system to another or from the client into the systems.
She is master of R & SQL. In addition to her work in data analytics, Jessyca has also been a software engineer, helping to round out Actable’s ability to delivery insights to marketing channels. Jessyca has a BS in Economics from Portland State, and is currently pursuing her Masters in Data Analytics from Oregon State University.
Craig runs the solutions, analytics, and engineering functions at Actable. He is a bona fide expert in CDP, with 6 years of experience both as client and provider. Most recently, Craig built the CS & services functions at Lytics, an enterprise CDP. Prior to that Craig led Marketing for The Clymb, an INC 5000 retailer. Craig has also built the reporting & data sciences practice for Accordant Media, and held numerous analytics leadership positions at Razorfish. He started his career in big consulting with Accenture. Craig is also an alumnus of Hofstra University and received his MBA from Columbia Business School.
Account Director, tasked with improving and expanding her clients first party data utilization and derived value. She comes to Actable most recently from Havas, where she worked in the Martech & Data Consulting practice, helping clients better utilize data and technology to drive business value in media.
