Michael leads client operations including account development & delivery. Michael built his career working on data enablement for marketers in the advertising technology space, and most recently ran Strategy and Operations at Accordant Media, which was acquired by Dentsu Aegis Network in 2016. Having run cross-functional teams in both the US and UK, Michael’s leadership roles have focused on delivering outcomes against complex problems, and stewarding clients along sustainable growth paths. Michael is a graduate of Stanford University.
Jeremy is our Director of Marketing Technology and Analytics. With 14+ years of digital marketing, analytics, marketing technology and insights experience on both agency and client side, his focus is accelerating customer data initiatives, influencing marketing technology architecture, and designing metrics frameworks to drive digital transformation at major enterprises, including Clorox, Nestlé Purina, Enterprise Holdings and Kellogg’s.
Bess joins Actable as a Solutions Engineer, helping implement and integrate technical solutions on behalf of customers. They join Actable with a seasoned background in the service industry and as a graduate of Epicodus, where they completed a certificate in Web and Mobile development. They are excited to build relationships with clients and team members as they continue to develop their programming knowledge.
Jen is based in Sydney, Australia and joins Actable as an Account Director, overseeing our growing business in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to Actable, Jen’s career traversed the client, technology, and agency services landscape as a client partner, a technical engagement leader, and a hands-on marketer.
Joe is a Solutions Consultant at Actable, responsible for helping clients deploy 1st party customer data across their martech & analytics ecosystems. Joe has deep client-side marketing & lifecycle marketing experience including fashion retailer Charles Tyrwhitt and Equinox fitness centers. Joe was worked extensively with CDPs and customer data warehouses. Joe is a graduate of Radford University.
Matt is the CEO of Actable – responsible for all business functions. Prior to Actable, Matt was Co-CEO of Amnet, the $400MM programmatic arm of DentsuAegis Network. Matt joined Amnet via the acquisition of his company, Accordant Media, a tech-enabled service which he co-founded in 2010 and grew to nearly $20MM in annual revenues. Prior to Accordant Matt held leadership positions at Razorfish and its predecessor, Avenue A. Matt is a graduate of Bowdoin College.
Craig leads Actable’s solutions consulting team, developing customer data strategies and deploying technologies for Actable’s customers. Craig also oversees Actable’s industry partnerships with MarTech providers, including customer data, cloud database, and customer experience platforms.
Craig has 25 years of experience delivering multi-channel enterprise marketing technology solutions. He has broad technology and industry experience, driving technical architecture solutions by providing technical expertise in strategy, design, and implementation.
Prior to joining Actable, Craig led Merkle’s solution architecture team as Chief Solution Architect. He was responsible for design of marketing technology solutions for all practices as well as providing thought leadership, innovation, and architectural standards to enable solution deployments.
Prior to joining Merkle in 2009, Craig served as Director of Business Intelligence Systems and Services at a startup focused on providing marketing management to small businesses. Prior to that, he served as Director, Marketing Technology at Epsilon/DoubleClick, acting as Chief Architect for an interactive database marketing solution, enabling advanced segmentation and reporting capabilities specific to online channels. Craig began his career with Accenture and Braun Consulting, serving as a Manager within the CRM and Database Marketing consulting groups. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Aren is a Marketing Solutions Specialist at Actable. Aren is responsible for helping global brands better organize, analyze, and activate their first party customer data. Prior to joining Actable, Aren worked extensively in the programmatic media space, and was a machine learning consultant for the largest transit system in the US. Aren has a Masters Degree in Applied Urban Science & Informatics.
Malorie is a Senior Solutions Consultant with Actable, a leading digital transformation consultancy, focused on helping clients accelerate value from their 1st party customer data assets. Malorie has worked with blue-chip clients across CPG, finance, and publishing. Prior to joining Actable, Malorie was an implementation consultant at Lytics, a leading CDP, and has over a decade in email, performance media, and analytics.
Jessyca is master of R & SQL. In addition to her work in data analytics, she has also been a software engineer, helping to round out Actable’s ability to delivery insights to marketing channels. Jessyca has a BS in Economics from Portland State, and is currently pursuing her Masters in Data Analytics from Oregon State University.
Craig runs the solutions, analytics, and engineering functions at Actable. He is a bona fide expert in CDP, with 6 years of experience both as client and provider. Most recently, Craig built the CS & services functions at Lytics, an enterprise CDP. Prior to that Craig led Marketing for The Clymb, an INC 5000 retailer. Craig has also built the reporting & data sciences practice for Accordant Media, and held numerous analytics leadership positions at Razorfish. He started his career in big consulting with Accenture. Craig is also an alumnus of Hofstra University and received his MBA from Columbia Business School.
Aaron is one of our Account Directors, overseeing a portfolio of accounts with a strategic focus on technology enablement and data science expansion.
He brings with him deep experience as a client advocate and development leader at Martech industry frontrunners, including Lytics.
Jennifer is a Technical Project Manager, assisting several accounts achieve maximum benefit with Lytics integrations. She’s worked in the technology space for over 20 years, and in product/project management for 7 of those years. She has successfully led cross-functional technical teams to achieve several product launches.
Alex is one of our Account Directors, tasked with improving and expanding her clients first party data utilization and derived value. She comes to Actable most recently from Havas, where she worked in the Martech & Data Consulting practice, helping clients better utilize data and technology to drive business value in media.
Founders Craig Schinn, Matt Greitzer, and Michael Baumgaertner launched Actable with a singular focus on first-party customer data, applied to drive sustainable enterprise value.
