The Customer Intelligence Hub is client-owned, composable-ready, and can work with or without a CDP for the purposes of data activation.

What if I already have my own C360?

Actable’s Insights Engine can work with pre-existing customer databases, provided that all necessary data for customer analytics is present. In general, Actable needs transaction history, messaging engagement, and site or app engagement data to provide outstanding customer analytics.

What is Insights Engine?

Insights Engine is Actable’s proprietary suite of accelerators for customer analytics. Actable’s predictive AI suite includes predictions for propensity, churn propensity, repeat purchase likelihood, forecasted LTV, recommendations, and engagement scoring. Actable also has a library of third party data enrichments which aid in segmentation, customer scoring, and customer insights. For advanced clients, Actable can provide a bespoke prospecting universe modeled against a client’s top customers.

What if I already have my own third party data?

Insights Engine can provide scoring and segmentation without any third party data. If using client-provided third party data, Insights Engine will still work, but some custom configuration will be required for scoring, segmentation, and customer insights.

What is Action Engine?

Action Engine is a service delivery framework that includes use case scoring, measurement plans, and hands-on keyboard audience delivery. Given Actable’s expertise in customer analytics, Actable provides segmentation and use case recommendations that client teams and agencies can deliver against. Clients commonly ask for help with marketing technology implementations and utilization. Actable has delivered over 100 CDP engagements to support the activations recommended by Action Engine.
